After over 20-years of leading, listening, and learning the dynamics of successful teams, it became clear that my breadth and depth of experience have led me to become a great strategist, facilitator, and collaborator. I am passionate about purposeful collaboration to identify optimal strategies and execute plans effectively. Leveraging data and individual expertise, I guide teams towards impactful results.

Some key learnings from over the years and through the teams:
  • Strategies and implementation plans are always stronger, more effective and more efficient when created by a cross-functional team. Having the right team from the start shortens timelines and increases engagement across the organization.

  • Teams that provide input at the strategic level are much better at executing on that strategy. They take ownership of wins and acknowledge when change is needed.

  • People don't all digest or communicate information in the same way. It is vital to provide different options to encourage participation and ensure all opportunities and risks are identified.

  • Teams who communicate and share information with purpose are the fastest at solving problems and capitalizing on opportunities.

  • Some people are great at details, some are amazing at the big picture, some are fantastic at both, it takes all perspectives to put together an innovative strategy and an actionable plan.
